DOG PLAY DAY
HERE FOR YOU, AND THEM
Dropping your dog off at our dog daycare while you go to work or run errands keeps your best friend occupied, active, and happy instead of being bored and lonely at home all day. At The Oaks Dog Ranch, our dog play days are way more than just running around with other dogs. After your dog’s play style assessment, we will customize their play days based on their behavior, age, size and play style. Whether individually or in a small or large group, our Ranch Hands will make sure your dog will find enjoyment and stimulating activities in one of our play areas.

Drop off times for full day Play Days is 6 to 8 a.m. and pick up time is 4 to 7 p.m. (5 to 6 p.m. weekends & holidays). Morning half day Play Day drop off time is 6 to 8 a.m. and pick up time is noon to 2 p.m. Afternoon half day Play drop off time is noon to 2 p.m. and pick up time is 4 to 7 p.m. (5 to 6 p.m. weekends & holidays).

Dogs are free to play here at The Oaks Dog Ranch! We have several spacious open play yards with plenty of custom built wood play structures, walking trails with interactive play structures, water features, and much more - all naturally shaded from the harsh Texas sun by large, gorgeous oaks. If the weather is bad, your dog will play under an outdoor covered area cooled by large overhead fans. Our goal is to provide meaningful interaction and enrichment experiences while keeping your pet safe.
NEW TO THE RANCH?

We offer customized play days and all it takes to get started is an interactive Play Style Assessment with your dog. Unlike traditional temperament tests, our professional, specially-trained Ranch Hands will spend time getting to know your dogs, observing their unique play style and preferences so we can determine the best play day program for them.

If you’d like to schedule your dog’s Play Style Assessment, we ask that you register your pet here. A Ranch Hand will respond to you promptly. Or you can give us a call and one of our Ranch Hands can set you up or assist you with any questions you may have.

ARE YOUR PET’S SHOTS UP-TO-DATE?

Each dog must be up-to-date on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. Should your dog need a Bordetella vaccination, we can do that here for $30. This charge will be added to your bill. All dogs must also be on tick and flea prevention. If your dog is found with fleas or ticks, you will be notified immediately. We will then treat your dog at our facility for a small fee, which will be added to your bill.
Spay and neuter for dogs over 6 months of age is a must at The Oaks Dog Ranch. Our goal is to keep a safe, clean, and happy environment for all our guests!

If you would like to tour our beautiful facility, tours are available Monday through Friday between 12 and 2 pm. We just ask you refrain bringing your pet for the tour.
